I had this idea in my head, a photoshoot on an overcast, windy day, at a beach. And how lucky I am to have Desiree as a friend who shares some crazy ideas with me. Not afraid of the cold she rocked up in a dress without wearing tights! We chose Sola Strand and were lucky. Not many people were around, well, it was really windy and cold.

But you do forget the people around you anyway as soon as you start photographing. We had so much fun. Just laughed and laughed trying to get our messy hair out of our face…and the result is just what we had aimed for.

No one would have thought that she´d give birth just three days after our shoot. Lovely to have Marge back in front of my camera. She´s such a joy to work with. I have photographed her first at her wedding day a few years back. Now, looking forward to meeting the little baby boy soon.

I have been photographing the Stautzenberger´s now for the third time. First Hilary´s pregnancy, then Xander´s 9th day and wushhhh, here he is 11 months later.

What a great day in the sun. We were so lucky last Sunday, here in Stavanger. We had the perfect morning. No wind, warm sun and laughter. Although the little boy had a rough time teething he still gave me plenty of smiles. Mummy and daddy are surely blessed with cheeky Xander.
