She is from Germany, he from Australia. Seven years of unconditional love and now a life together close to Berlin.
Chrissi & James got married on a hot August day under a beautiful cherry tree. Most decorative items were hand made by James and it was a blast to photograph and dance bare feet with this special couple and family and friends.
Some came from far and some even from farther. A beautiful, warm and calm Saturday at the Høiland Gard in Årdal in Ryfylke brought together Australians and Norwegians.
Seven years ago Hanne Marie from Stavanger and Michael met in Adelaide where they live. But when the couple decide to getting married they chose Hanne Marie´s home country and it´s stunning countryside.
And they made Noway even look more beautiful!

On a cold and very windy June day, Anne Iren and Kenneth got married on Rennxesøy. Anne Iren was so brave to stand it out in the wind for her photos.

A small ceremony at the town hall, followed by a small photoshoot at Mosvannet on a cold February day. Oh how it had rained the whole morning, but just to stop at 2pm for our shoot. The newlyweds were so much fun to be around with. My bride loves trees and we shot their wedding pictures at Mosvannet with lots of laughter.
It does not always have to be white!

Sarah & Vince from the UK planned their wedding day in Stavanger two weeks ago. When they contacted me and shared their ideas I knew this would become a great day. Sarah is a huge Sex and the City fan (and so am I) and had specific images in mind.
When I saw them here at the town hall I couldn´t wait to be out and about in Stavanger to photograph them.

A beautiful summer wedding on Rennesøy, just a few weeks ago. It was such a glorious day and the couple looked absolutely stunning.
This summer has been so beautiful. No doubt the weather has been great since May, a bit cool in the beginning but hardly any rain and the last ten days have been magnificent. Speaking to Norwegians they say: “This has never happened before.” So I am off to the beach soon. But before I go I would like to share a few images from a beautiful wedding this summer. It was an afternoon wedding at Stavanger Domkirke followed by the reception on Flor og Faere. The sun was out, a very bright day and a a little bit windy. The flower island was perfect for that. We could hide in the shade, away from the wind, amongst beautiful flora and fauna. It was so much fun to photograph the newlyweds. We were laughing all the time. And there was, of course, so much love.
